Our room at Motel Sakura was refreshingly modern, with hardwood floors and stylish decor. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel provided all the amenities we needed, including environmentally friendly toiletries and a Keurig coffee machine. The front desk person was extremely helpful and welcoming. We also appreciated the secured parking and the convenient location near supermarkets and restaurants. we had a great stay at Motel Sakura.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming motel near Universal Studios. The recently renovated rooms were a great value for the money. One night, my daughter wanted a hot chocolate late at night, but the office was closed. However, the staff went out of their way to make it for her and even helped her bring it back upstairs. The location was perfect, with restaurants, shops, and a short Uber ride to Universal. I highly recommend this motel for a great stay in Glendale.

The rooms and lobby were very clean, which is a key factor for me. the staff was friendly and went above and beyond by helping us print our Universal Studio tickets. the room layout was well thought out with plenty of electrical outlets and USB charging ports.

The bed felt a bit soft and saggy, possibly indicating that it was old and worn. It would have been nice to have an additional handheld wand head in the shower for those who need to sit while washing.

Clean sheets changed daily. Pleasant fragrance in A/C unit. Friendly staff. Coffee in lobby from 6 am - noon. Conveniently located for inexpensive Ubers.

We had a surprisingly pleasant experience at Motel Sakura. The recently remodeled rooms were clean and spacious, with a newly renovated bathroom. The location was convenient, close to the highway and within walking distance to basic amenities. The price was also reasonable, making it a good value for a short stay.

While the facility may be old, the renovations made a noticeable difference. However, the elevator was a bit creaky, which is common in most places.

I recently stayed at a motel in the area and had an amazing experience. The customer service at this place was outstanding. From helping us with small issues like spilling wine on the bed to providing a TV remote so we could use our Amazon Fire Stick, the staff was attentive and incredibly helpful. The room itself was clean, updated, and smelled great when we walked in. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable, with USB plugs provided and a long mirror on the wall. The parking was secure, and all the staff members we encountered were friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be returning to this motel whenever I'm in the area again. Karen and Alex, who assisted us, were particularly great!

Coffee/hot chocolate facilities in the office are a great touch. My daughter went down to grab a hot chocolate after 2200 but the office was closed, however, the staff popped out to ask what she was after and made it for her even helping her bring it back upstairs. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, close to restaurants, shops, and a short Uber ride to attractions.

The bed was comfortable but strongly transmitted the motion of one person to another. Be aware that the nearby street is busy at all hours, with sirens as well as people racing cars with loud mufflers.

We had an overall pleasant experience during our romantic escape. the staff was friendly during our stay, making us feel welcome. the room was clean and recently remodeled, with a comfy bed for a good night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities offered, including a microwave in the room. the location was convenient, with easy access to main freeways and within a reasonable distance to various attractions.

We did have a few concerns. the noise level in the motel was quite high, with thin walls that allowed us to hear every movement and even loud water and toilet flushing from neighboring rooms.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. There were plenty of dining options and even a grocery store nearby. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the elevator was a plus. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again in the future.
