I had a fantastic stay at Forty 1 North! The ambiance was cool and the service was excellent. The food at the restaurant was outstanding, especially the squid ink pasta and the parppadalle. The restaurant also had a great wine special with half off all bottles. The view of the marina from my room was beautiful and the room itself was clean and well-kept. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Newport for a special occasion.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Newport during Christmas and had a wonderful experience. the staff were welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. the location of the hotel was perfect, right by the water with beautiful views. the room itself was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely fireplace that added a festive touch. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent service provided by the wait staff at dinner. They were attentive and made sure that all of my needs were met.

I did have one negative experience during my stay. the service at breakfast was lacking.

Great complementary bikes and yoga classes, along with a perfect location near the harbor and within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. the room had a fantastic view of the water and a cozy electric fireplace.

The bar could use some improvements. the service was slow and the cocktail options were limited.
