Convenient location and clean, comfortable accommodations.

Unfortunately, my experience was quite frustrating. I arrived to find significant confusion over my reservation, which was booked correctly but not honored. When I sought help, the front desk staff seemed indifferent to my predicament, leaving me feeling unwelcome. I anticipated a smooth stay but ended up feeling more like a burden than a guest.

Perfect for what we needed, A place to sleep. Bathroom was a decent size and everything worked in our room with no problems. Breakfast in the morning was minimal but again covered what we needed so not an issue and was just appreciated to have it included.

The room had a lovely layout with great lighting. we appreciated the 24-hour coffee and tea options. The location was perfect for exploring the area, close to shops and attractions.

The breakfast could benefit from more variety, especially with yogurt options. We also experienced a noisy neighbor which affected our sleep on one night.

I had an excellent experience with the clean and well-designed Queen Room—perfect for a cozy stay! The breakfast offered a solid variety. I particularly enjoyed the muffins and good coffee. The staff was very helpful, providing an extra blanket when I needed one, making the whole visit feel personal and welcoming.

The mounted TV in my room was a nice touch—very much better than those clunky old stands. Plus, the warm raspberry-filled cookies at check-in were a surprisingly delightful perk after a long day of travel.

Dealing with a broken elevator was a real hassle. lugging luggage up the stairs after long days was no fun. Breakfast options were limited, and despite a long stay, they didn't clean my sheets at all, which was disappointing.

Clean room, cozy bed, with a responsive air conditioning unit and ample free parking, making it easy to explore local attractions and enjoy the complimentary breakfast options each morning.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The breakfast spread was fantastic (loved those bagels! ) and the staff were super friendly—always ready to help. Plus, the location is perfect, close to restaurants and fun activities.

However, the air conditioning unit had a minor issue, and the bathroom could use a bit more attention during cleaning.
