Breakfast was top, notch, with a variety of fresh fruits, eggs cooked to perfection, and attentive staff. the room was spotless, and the service exceeded expectations. Location near the sports venues made attending games a breeze, adding extra fun to the trip.

Noise control was lacking at times, and the pool was closed during my stay, leading to slight disappointment. Room assignment mishap resulted in a less, than, ideal experience, along with a morning breakfast mishap.

Stayed overnight for a concert, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, allowing us to check in early. the breakfast was excellent, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable; I had the best night's sleep in a while! the hotel is conveniently located close to everything. Highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Staying at Best Western Premier was fantastic! Conveniently located. 05 miles from Arrowhead and Royals stadiums, allowing for a pleasant walk to games. the staff, particularly Dylan, provided exceptional service. Breakfast was above average, and the bed was comfortable.

I always return for the exceptional service and comfort. I fondly remember when the staff helped me with a phone charger. the hotel has everything I need: handicap parking, late check-in/ -out, breakfast, and a fitness center. Coming back for Easter!
