Well-maintained fitness center for a great workout.

During my stay, I encountered a series of frustrating issues. The carpet in my room was slightly sticky, which was quite off-putting, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. I also experienced a problem with the breakfast area. the floor was so dirty that it made it uncomfortable to walk around, and it wasn't very inviting to enjoy a meal. These issues severely impacted my experience at the hotel.

i recently stayed at four points during a family emergency in little rock, and the staff was incredibly supportive. they went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, especially during stressful moments. the attentive attitude and personal touches truly exceeded my expectations.

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Little Rock Midtown was like finding a $20 bill in an old pair of jeans. The staff? Absolutely stellar! Andrew at the bar magically kept my glass full as if he had an endless whiskey fountain. The pool area was a refreshing oasis, and I couldn't help but notice the aromatic soap in the shower—talk about a sweet reprieve. Even though I felt like I was in an episode of Cheers, they were certainly mixing great service with a splash of fun!

the staff went above and beyond! the shuttle driver was so personalized, telling me local history. the bar area is a great spot to unwind, and the pool looked inviting, even without a hot tub.

The man that checked me in was exceedingly kind. he even followed up to ensure I was settled in. Cleanliness was decent. the location was safe and parking was easy.

All was wonderful.
