The Four Points By Sheraton Midtown in Little Rock offered a variety of amenities and convenient facilities. As a tourist, I appreciated the close proximity to the freeway, shopping options, and great restaurants. The staff at the hotel was exceptionally friendly and provided helpful assistance when needed. The rooms were clean, updated, and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. The bar at the hotel served top-notch food, adding to the overall positive experience. It was a pleasure to interact with the kind and courteous staff, who were always willing to accommodate special requests.

Throughout my stay at the hotel, I felt safe and secure, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.

I recently stayed at Four Points in Little Rock for a weekend getaway. The front desk staff were so friendly, and they quickly moved me to a clean room. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were some of the best I've seen. During dinner, the wait staff went above and beyond, even bringing me coffee when I asked. The shuttle service was excellent, and the driver was incredibly friendly. the staff truly made my stay memorable.

I got great value for my money at Four Points. The room was clean and comfortable, except for a few carpet stains. The location was convenient, close to the mall and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and always helpful, even accommodating my special request for a sugar-free lemon drop at the bar. I also loved that the hotel is pet-friendly!

The breakfast items could have been better, nothing too exciting. But that's just a minor thing.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The hotel was clean and updated, and we felt secure staying there. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and were kind and courteous. The bar staff, especially Victoria, provided excellent service with little to no waiting. The hotel is conveniently located near all the action in midtown, so close to everything including Starbucks and some great restaurants.

Everything is what we need and want.

Room was clean, safe and comfortable. Gym was fantastic. Bed was fluffy and amazing. Hotel food was typical but satisfying. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Convenient location for food and shopping, helpful staff, nice pool area. Attentive to transportation and needs, friendly front desk and van drivers. Clean and comfortable rooms, well-appointed facility. Kind and professional check-in experience. Some lighting issues but maintenance offered to fix. Confusion about breakfast reservation, but server eventually accepted voucher.

The pool and lobby were very nice, clean, and well-maintained. the hotel's location was also convenient as it was centrally located. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and offered a comfortable stay.

The staff had difficulty understanding English, making it challenging to communicate and request basic amenities such as towels. the view from the room was not ideal, as it overlooked a cemetery.

This hotel is a great value for money since it offers great service and basic amenities that are essential for a good stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is quite good. The hotel's location is also ideal since it is just off the highway and in the midst of action in Midtown.

There is one minor issue with one of the rooms having tiny bugs on the luggage rack, but overall, this hotel is a wonderful choice for anyone visiting the area.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Staff went above and beyond to meet my needs - provided an extra pillow and reopened breakfast for us. They also handled a barking dog situation promptly. The bedding was exceptionally soft, although the sheets were a bit rough. the room was clean and comfortable, except for the window shade which could have been darker. The hotel had a friendly and accommodating staff, and I appreciated their pet-friendly policy.
