The room at Four Points by Sheraton Midtown West was super cozy and modern. The flat-screen cable TV and free WiFi made it feel like a home away from home. Plus, the iPod docking station was a nice touch for chilling out after a day of exploring.

Personally, I found the coffee machine a bit tricky to use, but I'm not a big coffee person.

The rooms are well-equipped with a great bathroom and lovely facilities. I was particularly impressed with the soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower. The front desk team was polite and always willing to help, and breakfast was a great way to start my day with its various options.

One downside to my stay was the construction work going on nearby, which caused a bit of a disturbance in the early hours.

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. The night shift staff, Patrick, Eddie, and the gentleman with glasses, were excellent and made our stay better. Richie the bartender was also great. MARVIN E was extremely helpful and charismatic, providing great recommendations for attractions. The hotel is conveniently located near the Javits Center and close to restaurants and NYC attractions. The prompt response to our shower and heating issues by the reception and engineer, Michael, was appreciated.

There were minor cleanliness issues during my stay, with the front entrance and elevator appearing dirty. there was a lack of regular housekeeping service, requiring guests to bring down their used towels and washcloths for replacements.

I recently stayed at Four Points in a great location for my sightseeing trip. The hotel was clean, and the staff, especially Kevin and Richard, provided excellent customer service. I appreciated their helpfulness and knowledge. The proximity to the Lincoln Tunnel was perfect for me as I prefer not to drive in Manhattan. The validated parking was worth the cost, and I could see that the adjacent lot was always empty. a satisfying stay!
