Great location. Room size and amenities were disappointing.

I recently stayed at Four Points for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was excellent, making it easy to get around both by public transport or by car. I had no trouble finding parking, and the friendly staff even offered valet parking options. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with great amenities such as a desk, chair, and refrigerator. The water pressure in the bathroom was wonderful, and I appreciated the provided toiletries. The AC worked perfectly, and I enjoyed the option of grabbing food from the small diner near the lobby. Four Points offered great value for money and I would highly recommend it.

The room itself was impeccable, with ironing facilities, a refrigerator, and a cozy bed. Furthermore, the hotel had a fantastic dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The hotel offers great service with amenities such as dry cleaning, 24-hour room service, and a wide range of shops and commercial services. The rooms are well-equipped with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe. The staff here is very friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel is great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Its location is perfect, close to Reading Terminal in midtown and some of the city's famous sights. The service provided by the staff is excellent, and the basic amenities are more than enough for a comfortable stay. The rooms are also spacious and offer a good view of the surrounding area.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The staff provided excellent customer service, allowing us to check in early even though we arrived before the usual check-in time. The hotel room looked great, with the exception of a stain on the bed sheet which they addressed later in the day. The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient for reaching other locations in this city. Additionally, the hotel had a restaurant with delicious food and drinks available for purchase. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe both in the hotel and in the surrounding areas.

The staff at this hotel was outstanding! From the friendly and helpful front desk staff to the accommodating housekeeping team, everyone made us feel welcome and taken care of. the hotel is conveniently located near key attractions such as Chinatown and the Reading Terminal Market, making it easy to explore the city. We also appreciated the beautiful view from our room and the comfortable beds.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the lack of a mini fridge in the room was inconvenient.

As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quietness of the rooms, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our New Year's stay. It was conveniently located near many restaurants and tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the room was very comfortable and had a great view. We also appreciated the fact that the bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, so we didn't have to bring our own toiletries.

The only downside was the expensive restaurant and parking fees at the hotel. We found the prices to be a bit high, which was a letdown.
