We were impressed with the convenient location of the hotel and the friendly staff. The breakfast, though not included in the high price, was delicious and well presented. The room itself had all the amenities we needed and more, and the view was stunning. we had an amazing experience at Four Seasons and would highly recommend it.

Our stay at the Four Seasons was exceptional. The hotel staff were accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was beautifully clean and comfortable, with amazing views. We especially loved the little table set up for dinner, as well as the impressive water pressure in the shower. The TV inside the bathroom mirror was a unique touch. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the Back Bay area on foot. The fitness center, including the lap pool, was top-notch. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Although our stay was mostly perfect, we did have a couple of minor issues. Firstly, there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels or robes.

The best aspects of my New Year experience were the beautiful and clean room, and the amazing water pressure in the shower. the location of the hotel was also key, offering stunning views. Additionally, I enjoyed the convenience of having a TV built into the bathroom mirror, allowing me to watch as I got ready in the morning.

The worst aspects of my stay were the uncomfortable bed and pillows, which left me with a backache. Another downside was that certain requests took longer than expected, such as having utensils sent to the room and dealing with an overcharge for a bottle of champagne from the minibar.

We had an exceptional stay here with exclusive amenities fulfilled. the service was impeccable, and the luxurious Spa & wellness centre left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the indoor swimming pool was a highlight, complete with sun loungers and a spa lounge. the Restaurant offered delicious in-room breakfasts and tasty Special diet menus.

The only minor issue we had was that the hotel had not followed the trend of large dispensers attached to the shower wall, which is more environmentally friendly. But this didn't detract from our overall wonderful experience, complete with a Full body massage, Body wraps, Waxing, Facial, and foot massages available at the hotel's treatment room.

We were particularly impressed with the parking service, which made it convenient for us to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel's location in the Back Bay area was perfect, as it allowed us easy access to everything this city has to offer.

The rooms were quiet and comfortable and the staff was accommodating and friendly. the hotel offered a beautiful and clean building, and housekeeping staff members were superstars.

While the hotel was environmentally conscious, it did not implement the trend of switching to large shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers attached to the shower wall. the bed and pillows were not suitable for some guests and resulted in back aches.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and made my Christmas stay extra special. They went above and beyond to fulfill all of my requests and provided excellent service from start to finish. the room had an amazing view and was well, equipped with top, of, the, line amenities. Plus, the location was perfect, with key attractions within easy reach.

I was slightly disappointed with the delay in room service. It took a bit longer than expected for certain things to be delivered to my room.
