The hotel is conveniently located right in the downtown area and it's easy to walk to shopping and attractions. The rooms are clean and updated, with fantastic mountain views from the balcony.

My recent stay in Banff was fantastic. The location is unbeatable, close to a variety of shops, restaurants, and activities. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. Despite being on a busy street, noise was not an issue. I loved using the glass enclosed pool and spa, especially during snowfall. I would recommend this hotel.

Our hotel was located right in the heart of everything, close to the city center and shopping area. We loved being within walking distance to great restaurants like Ticino. The room we stayed in was spacious with a comfortable bed and a large desk. The bathroom was clean and provided everything we needed. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the basic breakfast in the morning. There was also a large pool with hot tubs that we unfortunately didn't have time to use.

There was one aspect of the hotel that could be improved.

We loved staying here! The hotel is located in a great spot, close to the downtown attractions here. We really enjoyed the convenience of being within walking distance of great shopping areas and restaurants. The service was wonderful with staff members providing dry cleaning, housekeeping and laundry. The rooms here were well equipped with plenty of amenities like an in-room safe and plenty of seating. In addition to this, the hotel offers great leisure facilities like an indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, solarium and sun terrace. We highly recommend this place for these reasons.

Our stay at the hotel was great value for money with comfortable beds and spacious clean rooms. The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance to the village and many restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check-in early.

Breakfast delights could be improved with a smaller but tastier offering, such as cold cuts, egg salad, toast, and jam, rather than rancid fruit and cold slimy eggs. Additionally, the partner restaurant joined to the hotel had limited hours and was not open for breakfast, which was a disappointment.

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds, a nice shower with good water pressure, and convenient amenities like a fridge and microwave. The air conditioning system could be controlled within the room. The hotel also had hot tubs, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the nearby lakes. Additionally, the complimentary coffee at the reception was a great perk.

We recently stayed at the High Country Inn for a few days and had a lovely experience. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the downtown area, making it easy to explore. We were pleasantly surprised to find heated indoor parking available, which was great during the colder weather. The staff were incredibly helpful and offered us discounted ski passes for Sunshine right at the front desk. The hotel also had a shuttle stop right in front, making it convenient to catch a ride to the slopes. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved having access to a balcony.

Spent an amazing Easter weekend at this hotel! Enjoyed two complementary facts offered by the hotel staff that made us feel welcome. the location was key, close to all the attractions we wanted to see while in town. Loved the hot tub and pool, perfect for a relaxing afternoon after a long day out.

That the underground parking was really tight, made it a bit challenging to park our car. the walls were a bit thin and we could hear some noise from the neighboring rooms.
