our stay at four seasons was a dream. the golden oak view room was spacious and comfy, and the kids loved the games room by the lazy river. the poolside service was outstanding—especially the refreshing cocktails while floating! we also enjoyed a rejuvenating body treatment at the spa, which was top-notch.

Additionally, the pool service stopping at 4 PM was frustrating when you're trying to relax well into the evening. The long wait times for room availability upon check-in were also a low point—five hours is too long to be hanging around. Lastly, let's not forget the in-room technical issues with the television that left me scrambling to get it sorted.
