The facilities and staff at Four Seasons Orlando were fantastic. The attention to detail and personable manner of the staff made our short stay perfect. As a family with two young kids, we appreciated the amenities like the coffee shop and the hideout for kids. The hotel grounds were beautiful and the dining options were great. We also liked that the hotel helped us reserve tickets for the Disney parks and provided a shuttle service.

Moreover, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met, providing us with excellent customer service throughout our stay.

The holiday season at this hotel was absolutely magical! They had beautiful Christmas decorations throughout the property, creating a festive and cheerful atmosphere. the staff were all so friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and special during our stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short distance from all the major attractions. We were able to easily visit the theme parks and return to the hotel for relaxation and peace. Another great aspect was the amazing food options. the hotel had several restaurants to choose from, each offering delicious and diverse cuisine. We thoroughly enjoyed every meal we had during our stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting the Walt Disney World theme parks, as it was adjacent to them. We loved being surrounded by lush gardens, which added to the peaceful atmosphere of the resort. It was convenient to not have to lift a finger when we returned from the parks, as the housekeeping service was prompt and efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the lovely views from our balcony. Additionally, the service throughout our stay was friendly and attentive.

The food options at the resort were limited and not up to par with everything else we experienced at Walt Disney World.

The exclusive amenities provided at this luxury hotel were exceptional. the Spa & wellness centre was equipped with a variety of facilities like sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and massage treatments. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. the garden area was picturesque and provided an oasis of calm.

My only minor issue was the lack of TV channels available in my room. Other than that, this hotel was perfect in every way.

We were blown away by the quality and attention to detail at this amazing hotel. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. They even took the time to show us around our room, which had the most incredible views of the Magic Kingdom and Contemporary hotel. We were particularly impressed by the TV built into the bathroom mirror, it was a unique touch that we hadn't seen before. The room furnishings were top-notch and made us feel like we were staying in luxury. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We loved spending our days relaxing by the lazy river on the cushioned sunbeds, enjoying pool drinks and food service that was second to none. The views from the Capa outside terrace bar were also brilliant. The shuttle to the Disney parks was convenient and ran on a regular schedule, making it easy for us to explore. While the food and drink prices were on par with luxury hotels and Disney, we found the quality to be excellent. The abundance of children and availability of a kids menu made this a great place for families. we were so impressed with our stay that we would love to come back in the future.

Although the majority of our stay was outstanding, one disappointment we had was with breakfast. While the Ravello restaurant was okay, the buffet could have been better in terms of quality.

The proximity to all Disney attractions, with the option of taking the bus or Uber, made it convenient. The kids had a great time meeting Disney characters during breakfast. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The hotel offers free meals for kids 5 and under, which was a pleasant surprise. The pools and kids club were fantastic, and there was even a pool dedicated to adults for some R&R. The bathroom amenities were wonderful, and the spacious and clean bedrooms had great free wifi. The hotel also had several restaurants with a variety of cuisines to choose from, including Spanish and Cuban. The main pool had a huge screen that played kids movies all day, and the dining at the pool was made easy with perfect dishes. the attention to detail at the hotel was exceptional.
