We loved the convenient location of this hotel, with Pacific Commons and its many restaurants and shopping options just a short distance away. The hotel was spotlessly clean, both the facilities and our room. The staff were friendly and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly, always greeting me with a smile whenever I entered or left the hotel. the gym facilities were well equipped, with a good variety of machines and free weights. Plus, the hot tub and pool were a nice addition for relaxation.

I found the hotel's location to be quite inconvenient. There were not many options for dining nearby, and I had to rely on Uber or taxi services to go anywhere other than the hotel restaurant.

The staff is experienced, accommodating, and professional. The cafe staff, especially Sohail, Tash, Mo, and Jeff. The soft water left my skin and hair smooth. The front desk, bellmen, and Great Room staff were friendly and went above and beyond. I will definitely return when in the area.
