The location of the hotel is reasonably isolated, with not much to do in the neighborhood apart from a nearby golf resort. The rooms are average and not exceptional, with additional costs for a safe and limited internet access. However, the staff is friendly and the buffet spreads are reasonable. The hotel has a large swimming pool and offers various daytime and evening animations for entertainment. Additionally, the recommended combi hammam massage is a relaxing option for guests.

The manager's behavior during a problem with the credit card machine was very strange.

We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was our preference, with direct access to the beach. It was the best you can encounter on the whole island. The staff were very good, especially Rico who always made an effort to talk to us and made everyone participate in the activities. The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff always ready to answer all our needs. Everything from the room to the facilities was in great shape, enhancing our comfort and providing quality services.

Some of the facilities were in need of repair and some of the equipment, like the archery set, needed to be replaced. the quality of the all-inclusive products, like the orange juice and coffee, left much to be desired.

The Live Music at The Melita Lobby Bar was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep. The Beach Bar is conveniently located right on the sand, so I didn't have to walk far to get my drink.

The liqueurs were so delicious, I couldn't stop trying them. Now I have to buy more suitcases to bring them all back home.
