I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was really friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The hotel is in a great location, close to all the attractions and the beach. I would definitely recommend it to others.

The only downside was the couch bed. The mattress was too thin and I couldn't sleep well. However, the hotel staff quickly fixed the issue and provided a double mattress. it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise wonderful stay.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. I appreciated the quick response when I had noisy neighbors and called security in the middle of the night. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and responsive staff.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for our group of friends. We were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of mirror space, which is always a plus when getting ready for a night out. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for places to visit. The location couldn't be better, as it was just a short walk away from the beach and all the lively streets of the city. We also loved the fact that we were provided with complimentary beach chairs. our experience here was fantastic and we will definitely be coming back!

The property was great, close to everything, short walk. The staff was excellent, welcoming and helpful. Pool and breakfast bar were great. Corner room, quiet, beach section with chairs. Very personable feel, staff was home-like.

This hotel is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, away from noisy streets, yet still in the best area of Miami. The staff is friendly and provides basic amenities like towels and beach tools. The rooms are well-maintained and some have a nice view.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was great, in a quiet residential neighborhood, but still within walking distance to restaurants, the beach, and shopping. The service was absolutely amazing, with staff who gave us great service at the reception desk. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing dip, and we enjoyed lounging on the sun terrace. The spa & wellness centre was also a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

We had an outstanding experience at the hotel. The staff, including Valerie, Daniel, Alejo, and Michaela, were the nicest and most accommodating we have ever encountered. They greeted us with a pleasant smile and were always friendly. The hotel itself was elegant and chic, located on a quiet street just one block away from the bustling Collins Ave. The room was wonderful, with a balcony overlooking the pool. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept well each night. The shower was also excellent. The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location to everything in South Beach, and the helpfulness of the staff.

We had a great time during our romantic getaway. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed the coffee and yogurt. The location was perfect for us, just a short walk away from the beach and all the shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the comfortable beds and the pool area for relaxing.

We had a few negative experiences during our stay. The scrambled eggs were rock hard, and the bacon was dry and unappetizing. Additionally, the wake-up call system was down, and we were woken up by a knock on the door in the middle of the night, which was very startling. The service at the front desk was also lacking, and we had to switch rooms to get away from a loud noise. we feel the hotel was not worth the cost.
