I loved the updated and quaint rooms at this boutique hotel. The service was excellent, with super friendly and helpful staff. Check-out at noon was a nice touch. I highly recommend staying here for a great San Francisco experience.

I recently stayed at this venue and it was a fantastic experience. The location is perfect as it is within walking distance of everything I needed, especially the main transport around the city. Additionally, the staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers, were all extremely friendly and helpful. The amenities in the room, such as in-room safe, television, and free local telephone calls, were all great. The best part was the happy hour, where they provided complimentary cocktails and wine.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, it was an outstanding experience that I would not hesitate to recommend.

We loved the "sipping hour" at the Galleria on Stockton. It was a great chance to relax, meet fellow guests and enjoy some wine. The cleanliness of the room was really impressive and the refurbished decor of the rooms was modern and tasteful. We highly recommend this hotel for a great stay experience. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many downtown attractions including Pier 39, MOMA, and the famous cable cars. The hotel facilities were excellent, with comfortable beds, a Keurig coffee maker in the room, and a wine hour every evening. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants. The cleanliness of the recently renovated room was impeccable. There was nothing we didn't like.

My room was well-maintained and all facilities were in good condition. Although the hotel was not very close to the Wharf or coast, it was still easily accessible by cab or a slightly longer walk. The bathroom was a good size and everything was very clean. The hotel's location was excellent, right downtown and just one block from a BART station, making it convenient for transportation. I recently stayed at Galleria Park for a few nights on a leisure trip. The hotel's location couldn't be better, with just a short walk to the BART, shops, and restaurants. The room, although on the smaller side, was clean and nice. I loved the added touch of complimentary morning coffee/tea and evening wine. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff at this hotel are friendly and professional, providing excellent service. The hotel has a lovely European vibe and is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and coffee places. There is a walking/jogging track on the third terrace and a small gym with Peletons, ellipticals, treadmills, and a full-weight set. The second, third, and fifth floors have filtered water machines for refilling water bottles.

Our group of friends had a fantastic stay at a comfortable, beautiful boutique hotel in a central location. We were able to explore the city easily, thanks to its proximity to Union Square, Market Street, and Chinatown. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering complimentary coffee and tea, a wine hour, and helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants. The rooms were clean, modern, and provided all the necessary amenities, including a Keurig coffee maker and fast internet.

That the recommended restaurants were a bit pricey, but we found alternative options nearby, such as a hidden gem ramen place.

I gotta say, the value I got for my money at this hotel was amazing. The room was spacious and clean, and the AC was heavenly. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to transportation and all the popular attractions. Plus, the staff treated me like a VIP from start to finish.
