I recently stayed at this venue and it was a fantastic experience. The location is perfect as it is within walking distance of everything I needed, especially the main transport around the city. Additionally, the staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers, were all extremely friendly and helpful. The amenities in the room, such as in-room safe, television, and free local telephone calls, were all great. The best part was the happy hour, where they provided complimentary cocktails and wine.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, it was an outstanding experience that I would not hesitate to recommend.

We loved the "sipping hour" at the Galleria on Stockton. It was a great chance to relax, meet fellow guests and enjoy some wine. The cleanliness of the room was really impressive and the refurbished decor of the rooms was modern and tasteful. We highly recommend this hotel for a great stay experience. I had a great stay at this hotel. The queen room was surprisingly spacious, with a separate work area and a comfortable bed. The room also had an espresso machine, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was a good size and everything was very clean. The hotel's location was excellent, right downtown and just one block from a BART station, making it convenient for transportation. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, and they even held onto our luggage while we went out. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenient location, and helpful staff.

The staff at this hotel are friendly and professional, providing excellent service. The hotel has a lovely European vibe and is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and coffee places. There is a walking/jogging track on the third terrace and a small gym with Peletons, ellipticals, treadmills, and a full-weight set. The second, third, and fifth floors have filtered water machines for refilling water bottles.

Felt very well looked after, no complaints at all.

This hotel is in a great location close to Union Square which is perfect to explore the city. The rooms on the lower floors are chic and have basic amenities. The staff provide exceptional service and are very helpful. Breakfast at the nearby coffee house is a great value.

Very friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable staff. A complimentary wine hour every evening and Keurig coffee maker in the room definitely add up to the experience. A great value for the money.

The location of the hotel was ideal for a weekend in the city centre, close to everything worth seeing in downtown and the Galleria mall. While the restaurant was closed, there were many great dining options nearby. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with good amenities. The staff provided excellent service and the complementary breakfast was a great addition. I enjoyed the view from my window and the facilities were well-maintained.

There was a bit of noise from the street outside, which could be heard from the room.

We especially loved the complimentary wine tasting at 5 PM, a perfect way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

enjoyed the wine and popcorn during the happy hour event, and the room was cozy and comfortable. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, close to lots of great restaurants and attractions.

The rooms could use a bit of updating, and the sound insulation was pretty poor. I also wish there was a ramp to help get luggage up and down the few steps leading to the entrance.
