Absolutely amazing location & staff!! Merry at the reception desk was so nice and welcoming. She upgraded us to a suite with the most amazing views of the city. The rooftop terrace was spectacular for views. The room was hands down the nicest place I've ever stayed, super spacious & clean and homely! Absolute Luxury!

Valet parking is very expensive. Staff did not help us with regards to other parking options.

I was delighted with my recent stay at Gaslamp Plaza Suites. The location was superb, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and transportation. The suite I was upgraded to had all the facilities and offered a great view over the lively Gas Lamp area. The charming building had a ton of character, making it a unique and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its superb location and delightful accommodations.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. Additionally, the staff at the reception was friendly and welcoming. They made check-in a breeze and provided helpful information about the area.

One negative aspect was the absence of breakfast. We were disappointed that the hotel no longer offered a complimentary continental breakfast, especially considering the price we paid for the room.

The surrounding homeless population was a concern when walking in the area.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to all the attractions and amazing restaurants by the water. We were even upgraded to a bigger room with an extra bathroom and bed, which was a nice surprise. The atmosphere of the hotel was lovely and the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The views of downtown and the harbor from the rooftop are absolutely spectacular. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-maintained, with a nice seating area by the window. The bathroom was clean and had everything I needed, including a removable shower head. I had a fantastic time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The reception staff, particularly Merry, were quick, efficient, and provided great recommendations for nearby attractions.
