I recently stayed at this hotel for a short getaway, and I couldn't have chosen a better location. Situated right in the heart of a charming mountain town, I was able to enjoy the hustle-bustle and attractions at my doorstep. The front porch with cushioned chairs overlooking the main street was a great spot to relax and people-watch. The complimentary Dixie Cream donuts and afternoon cookies were delicious treats. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the lady at the front desk who ensured we had a room with a mini refrigerator. the convenient location and ambiance made my stay even more memorable.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of all the attractions and just a short drive to the Great Smoky Mountains. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even offering a refund when I decided to leave a day early. the breakfast provided was excellent, with a good variety of options to choose from.

We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace in the common areas, chatting and relaxing. a great experience.

My friends and I have just returned from a wonderful girl trip to this charming Inn. It truly exceeded our expectations in every way. the Inn, dating back to 1937, had a clean and elegant atmosphere that we absolutely loved. the staff were exceptionally friendly and treated us like their own. the breakfast served each morning was delicious and offered a great variety. the Inn's central location made it easy for us to explore the area on foot. the rooms were cozy and the beds were very comfortable. We can't wait to return in November.

The hotel had a cozy den area with board games and a piano, as well as a front porch and balcony with rocking chairs. The entire hotel was clean and well-maintained. we had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located right in the center of town, making it easy to explore all the shops and attractions on the strip. From the front porch, you can enjoy excellent views of the skylift and mountainside. The staff provides a delicious breakfast each morning with homemade biscuits and made-to-order waffles. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and some even have balconies where you can relax and take in the sights and sounds of downtown.

The hotel does not have refrigerators in the rooms, so it's necessary to bring a cooler if you need to store any perishable items.
