The rooms were perfect, cozy, clean, and beautiful. Old building with beautiful charm in a safe location near food and drink options. Staff was wonderful.

The breakfast at this hotel was delicious and served every morning. The rooms were well decorated and clean. The location of the hotel was also great as it was easy to reach all the downtown attractions by walking or taking public transit.

The main downside of this hotel was the short length of our stay. We only stayed for two days and wished we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy the charming atmosphere and the staff's friendliness.

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is within walking distance to Broadway, which is perfect for exploring the city. There are also great restaurants and bars nearby, making it convenient to grab a bite to eat or enjoy a night out. The rooms are luxurious and the bathroom toiletries are a nice touch. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There is no desk or workspace for a laptop in the room.

Our stay at Germantown Inn exceeded all expectations. The beautiful inn was carefully decorated and the staff went above and beyond to make our trip with our 9-month-old baby as comfortable as possible. Special thanks to Chrissy, who provided exceptional service and even arranged a crib in our room before our arrival. The daily charcuterie and wine offerings were a delightful surprise. We can't wait to visit again!

While the overall experience was amazing, the rooftop patio could use some refreshing. The cushions were worn out and the sofa legs were broken, but this didn't hinder our enjoyment of the inn.
