I return for great stay. First visit, staff gave travel help. Ideal amenities -- free parking, pool, jacuzzi, sauna. Also, laundry and flat-screen TV. Love the VIP treatment. No pets/no smoking. Game room is a plus. Returning for Christmas!

We loved the convenience of being able to park our side by side at the property and having a lot to park our trailer. The beach being right across the street and the center of town only a couple miles away added to the overall experience. The pools being open late, along with the overall cleanliness of the facility, were also great. As young holiday goers, we appreciated the full kitchen and spacious living room, which made the accommodations feel more like an apartment than a hotel room.

We felt very welcomed during our stay and the staff was always there to help us with anything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble.

The Wi-Fi was through a third party and did not work very well, which was very disappointing. Another issue were the steep steps leading up to the unit, which were not very accessible for our family.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a few minutes away from the London Bridge. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and some even offer beautiful views of the lake and sunsets. The swimming pools are also stunning, perfect for a refreshing dip. Additionally, the friendly staff at the hotel are always prompt in responding to any needs or questions.

One downside is that some rooms have entrances on the highway side, which could potentially lead to some noise disturbances.
