Felt truly spoilt, no complaints.

During our Easter getaway, we had a great time at this resort. the entertainment every night was fantastic, and the prices for food and drinks were very reasonable. We also appreciated the fact that they were responsive to our needs, as when we had an issue with the AC, they quickly provided us with a portable unit. Additionally, the view from the beach was absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed spending our mornings there, relaxing on the chaise lounges and watching dolphins play.

There were a few aspects of our stay that could have been better. the service in the restaurant and housekeeping were both quite slow, which was frustrating at times.

Gilberts: renovated rooms, comfortable bed, boardwalk along canal, dolphins and manatees, destination getaway.

For the price we paid, we got great value and a nice room with a beautiful view of the water. The location of the hotel is perfect, with a little beach, tiki huts, and amazing views that weren't crowded. The staff, especially our waitress Vanessa, provided excellent service and information.

The breakfast selection could use a bit of improvement, especially in terms of options like hot oatmeal and fresh fruit.

The breakfast offered is good, with a variety of options to choose from. there are facilities such as a pool area and a Tiki bar where you can enjoy drinks and great food.

One drawback is that the restaurant experienced a water shortage on one of the days, which was inconvenient for guests.

We had a wonderful time at this hidden gem in Key Largo. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was spotless, and the dock outside our door was a lovely spot to watch boats pass by. The beach was beautiful, and the restaurant served delicious food with fast service. We'll definitely be back to this happy little oasis!

The location of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, with a very large pretty "creek" and small beaches nearby. The room we stayed in was very clean and had plenty of linens available. The housekeeping service provided daily was a great convenience. The complimentary breakfast offered a good selection of hot eggs, fresh bacon, and waffles made to order. The view from the hotel was breathtaking and added to the overall experience.

The parking at the hotel was limited and could be crowded at times.

The newly remodeled room was beautiful with a waterfront view and a patio/dock sitting area. The breakfast options were good and the restaurant was clean. The beach was perfect for families, with activities like jet ski rentals and kayaking available. The staff provided excellent service, and the pillows were comfortable.

Additionally, the food and drinks at the hotel were delicious. On top of all that, the live music on Saturday night was absolutely awesome!

Our first impression of the hotel was not the best. the front desk reception person did not make eye contact or welcome us, and her response when we asked a question was quite off-putting.

I recently stayed at Gilbert's Resort for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The view from my waterfront room was stunning and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The room itself was well-decorated and very clean. The tiki bars on the property were a great place to relax and enjoy a drink. The size of the tiki building was impressive, and it was nice to have nightly entertainment. The staff, especially Josh in the office and Scott in the Tiki Lounge & Restaurant, were proactive, friendly, and helpful. The property is beautiful, well-signed, and easy to find. I highly recommend Gilbert's Resort.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hidden gem that is Gilbert's Resort. The central location and variety of water sports, boat rentals, and tiki bar made our stay exciting and fun. The mini private beach was a lovely addition, perfect for relaxation. The rooms were clean, cozy, comfortable and updated, and we had a great time overall. We will definitely be coming back as young people!

Our only complaint is that the beach was quite crowded with the public, leading to a lack of quiet space and time. Some people were inconsiderate, partying heavily and being loud.
