The hotel is in a great location, in the financial district or by the seaport, and also in a more quiet area in NYC. It is reasonably close to the Metro, making transportation easy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to help us with requests.

Not one thing.

The staff was excellent and the room was well-appointed. The location was a bit hard to find at first, but once discovered, it was easy to navigate. The hotel had a cool and distinct decor that set it apart from other hotels. The rooms were a nice size and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also had a great restaurant with delicious Italian cuisine.

The lobby was small and could get crowded, making it confusing at times. The hotel seemed to overlook some small details, such as a loose shower cap and a lack of coffee making machine in the room.

I recently stayed at Gild Hall for a short business trip. The staff was welcoming and extremely helpful, always providing extra towels promptly. I loved the complimentary espresso in the mornings and prosecco in the evenings. The location is perfect, right in the financial district and near the Fulton stop for easy metro access. The hotel's interior had a stylish, modern design that created a masculine and sophisticated atmosphere.

I had a fantastic time during my stay at Gild Hall. The location was ideal, allowing me to easily explore the city. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience. The King Suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The proximity to the Filton Street subway station made getting around quick and easy. I also appreciated the special touches, like a complimentary upgrade and a bottle of champagne for our honeymoon. We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the financial district. The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to the subway and surrounded by a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, from the friendly and efficient front desk personnel to the attentive room cleaners. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a larger room and even received a bottle of Champagne upon arrival. The amenities were top-notch, with a well-stocked lobby bar, delicious breakfast at the restaurant, and convenient room service. We couldn't have asked for better service and quality during our time here.

We loved the warm and friendly staff, especially Robert who greeted us warmly and made our anniversary special. The hotel had old English charm with cozy leather furniture. The room was clean and comfortable, with a luxurious bed and soft sheets. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a minibar and a large flat-screen TV. The location near the financial district was convenient and close to our friends staying at the nearby DoubleTree Hilton and Four Point Sheraton hotels.

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary Prosecco and warm greeting from the front desk. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located in the heart of downtown, close to Brooklyn Bridge, Battery Park, and Ground Zero. The Italian restaurant in the building serves great food. Helpful staff, with quick and efficient room service. Well-appointed rooms were clean and sophisticated, equipped with nice bathrooms.

Great location, clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, free ferry. Well-connected to attractions, shops, restaurants, and metro.

Not obvious to find.

The hotel's location is very convenient, with attractions like the Brooklyn Bridge, 9/11 memorial sites, and the free Staten Island ferry within walking distance. The Fulton St metro station is also nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfy bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a personal touch to the stay. The Italian restaurant downstairs served delicious meals like eggplant and gelato.

There were some noise issues due to poor insulation, as well as uncomfortable pillows.

The housekeeping team did an excellent job refreshing our room and turn down service. The front desk service was excellent, especially when we needed help finding a late-night restaurant. The hotel's breakfast was delicious, with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The Butler delivery service was also great. the staff at Gild Hall was dedicated to making our stay exceptional in every way.

This hotel’s location is fantastic, with easy access to the main subway lines at Fulton Street station. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms feel refined and luxurious. The bathrooms include a lot of amenities. Guests appreciate the USB ports, the mini-fridge, and bathrobes. The hotel also has complimentary WiFi and a glass of prosecco at check-in.

The rooms could use a coffee or tea maker.
