Positive and Helpful Staff but Needs Maintenance Improvement

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, promptly addressing issues with our room and check-in process. However, the hotel needs to improve maintenance, particularly regarding cleanliness, ventilation, and pool upkeep. Despite the positive interactions with staff, the overall experience was impacted by these maintenance issues.

I stayed at a lovely hotel, great for outdoor activities. The renovated rooms were spacious and had updated amenities. The event spaces were fantastic for gatherings. The family-friendly amenities were a bonus.

Oh, and who doesn't love a room with black feet from dirty floors, filthy mattress protectors, and hair everywhere? The tiny bathroom with no vent and a faulty latch was just the cherry on top.

Comfy beds, moderately clean rooms, hot continental breakfast, GREAT pool area for kids.

Central location, ample parking, renovated room, everything worked, iron/ironing board, hair dryer.

Nothing to dislike.
