We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The value for money was great, and our room was perfect. The location couldn't be better, right across the street from the hot springs pool, and it was so easy to explore downtown. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the night manager who quickly found us a new room when we had an issue.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a better variety of options.

The hotel is conveniently located for access to downtown restaurants, with a pedestrian bridge nearby, on the upper hill which offers great views. Breakfast is decent and staff is friendly. However, the locker system requires two quarters, and there is no modern locker system available.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, with plenty of great dining options within a short walk. The rooms were clean, well-decorated, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

I had an amazing experience at this place! The location is great as I was able to walk to downtown restaurants for dinner. The room amenities were top-notch - there was an ironing facility, heating, tea/coffee facilities, and even a flat-screen TV. The staff was polite and helpful which made my stay all the more comfortable. The leisure facilities - outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and steam room - were luxuriously relaxing, and the sun loungers in the garden area were a great touch.

The hotel staff, including those at the pool, hotel, and restaurant, were all very friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel's location allowed us to easily walk to many restaurants and shops.

Great Christmas stay! the hotel offered amazing perks of a delicious made, to, order breakfast included, which saved us a lot of money. the location was super convenient, with a short 5, minute walk to town/restaurants and the hot springs pool right across the street. It was also nice to have easy parking options including covered parking behind the lobby area.

The hotel fell short on a few aspects. the rooms were a bit small and lacked storage space for luggage.

Just returned from a 3-night stay at the hot springs resort. Breakfast included was awesome! Amazing variety from fruit to yogurt to pancakes to breakfast sandwiches. No waiting in the morning, always had a table available. And the view of the pool while you dine is incredible. Staff at the pool, hotel, and restaurant were all very helpful and friendly. The view of the mountains, the spacious pool, and the functioning A/C in the room were additional highlights. Parking available and lobby coffee was better than the restaurant.

We absolutely loved our recent stay at Glenwood Hot Springs Resort. The location was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance to the beautiful Hot Springs and the town. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing us with the relaxation and serenity we were seeking. The customer service was incredible, especially when they went out of their way to accommodate my disabled mother by switching our room to a more accessible location. The added bonus of free food and towels, as well as multiple entries to the pool, made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel was beautiful and clean, with rocking customer service. the springs were great, and the breakfast was killer with a full continental spread and an omelette station. Access to the hot springs was included in the room rate, which was a great perk. the mountain view from the pool was breathtaking.

The hotel was a bit pricey for what it offered. the resort towels provided at the hot springs were tiny, thin, and rough, which cheapened the experience.

It's a family-friendly hotel, with lots of families with children and teens when we were there. The staff, especially Leslie, were incredibly friendly and helpful. This was my second stay at the hotel, and it definitely exceeded my boyfriend's expectations. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. We will definitely be back soon!

The new kids pool area is fantastic! The rubber flooring around the pool is safe for kids to play on and the water is warm. My family enjoyed the new river raft slide and the huge splash pad. I recommend this hotel for families.
