The cold wrap and cold compress on the forehead were incredibly relaxing, allowing us to drift off to sleep. The massages were excellent, and the price was very fair. We also enjoyed lounging on the sun deck and by the pool. we highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great time at the Golden Haven Hot Springs. The pool and hot tub were amazing, perfect for relaxation. The staff were helpful and the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. The room was comfortable and clean.

The only downside was that I had requested a room on the ground floor due to knee pain, but ended up with a room that had steps. However, I managed with the railing.

I especially enjoyed sipping hot tea while waiting for my mud spa experience. the spa assistant, Gordon, was exceptional, providing a relaxing and unhurried experience.
