Amazing access to key attractions and delicious dining options!

The hotel offers fantastic proximity to the waterfront with stunning coast line views and is just a short walk to various popular spots like the Maritime and Seafood Industry Museum, which is only about 600 meters away, and the vibrant Lillie's Asian Cuisine, less than a 10-minute stroll from our room, making our exploring difficulties vanish as we enjoyed delicious meals and attractions easily within reach; plus, the hotel features a pool and various dining options, but it could improve on room cleanliness and maintenance for a better overall experience.

The pool area is relaxing and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helped us with everything we needed.

It wasn’t affordable, but the experience was worth it.

Comfortable beds and prime location

The Golden Nugget Biloxi offers excellent location near the water and comfortable beds that made resting easy. the hotel could use improvements in cleanliness and amenities. Expect to walk through a casino to reach the pool, and be cautious of the slippery tub without safety rails.

My room was incredibly spacious and clean, complete with a fridge and a jacuzzi tub! I loved being able to grab sweet treats right in the hotel from the candy and ice cream shop. Dining options were fantastic, with delicious meals just a step away, making our stay super convenient and enjoyable!

The room was a good size with a lovely view overlooking the water, which I really appreciated. The bed was comfortable, but the couch was dusty and had stains. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room cozy. Noise levels were manageable, allowing for a good night's sleep. I was disappointed by the lack of extra chain locks for added security. I did have issues with getting basic supplies, like an extra shampoo, which took nearly two hours to arrive. the room could use better cleanliness and details about amenities to navigate the facility.

The pool staff was incredibly rude when we were told we couldn’t use a rented pool bed, embarrassing us in front of everyone. It felt like they couldn't be bothered to check their records before causing a scene. So awkward!

The property is really nice. Rooms are clean and equipped with a fridge, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The spa is great, with a full body massage and steam room. Staff was mostly friendly, especially housekeeping. I enjoyed the gaming for hours and even won a bit. Food options could improve, but Morton’s and Starbucks are solid.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. However, the room had limited seating, cold shower, and unclean bathroom. Staff lacked engagement and basic customer service. Confusing layout and no lifeguards at the pool. Overall, a disappointing experience with minimal positives.

Bubba Gump's buffet breakfast was a highlight, and Lillies Thai had great food too. The spa staff were excellent, but the service elsewhere left much to be desired. Our room on the 10th floor felt distant from the elevator, which was inconvenient. Lacked basic amenities like a fridge and extra blankets. Communication among staff was poor, leading to frustrating interactions. The air conditioning didn’t cool well, and the pool wasn't usable. A few friendly faces were noted, yet the overall experience felt disjointed and lacking in attention to detail, making it hard to recommend for future visits.
