the beds were so soft, I thought I’d sink to China! also, the door locks were more temperamental than my last ex. how could they not offer an upgrade for my troubles? a complimentary gift would’ve been nice, but I guess that's too much to ask for at this lovely—if underwhelming—lodge.

The breakfast area was clean, and the staff really cared about it. Beds had a dip in the middle, making it hard to sleep comfortably. Worth a stay.

I encountered several issues during my stay. The pillows were woefully flat, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast was minimal. there were no fresh fruit options or sufficient toppings for the waffles, which left me wanting more.

Wi-Fi signal is spotty, not enough amenities like hair dryers, and really old facilities that could use an update!!! Also, better communication from management would be appreciated!!!

We enjoyed our stay in a spacious queen room with a beautiful balcony view. My daughter loved the indoor pool, and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast had some tasty hot options that we appreciated.

The river view from my balcony was stunning, but I struggled with low water pressure in the shower. The friendly staff were a plus, but the breakfast options were quite limited.

stonebrook lodge is super convenient to town, making it easy to walk to restaurants and attractions. the queen room with two queen beds was clean and well-appointed, and we loved having coffee available at all hours. the friendly staff seriously made our stay enjoyable, especially josh who was incredibly welcoming! breakfast was tasty and hit the spot.

the only small downside was the water pressure in the shower could have been better.

Ja, no, the indoor pool was such a jol! Super lekker after a day of exploring. Brekkie was decent, plenty to choose from, and homely vibes all around. Staff were mostly friendly, especially the older guy at reception, he was a real chommie!

Only thing that got me is you have to ask for maid service every day, a bit of a hassle, you know?

Loved the charming decor, indoor pool, and the relaxing outdoor hot-tub. The river view from our balcony was stunning!

stonebrook lodge was a lovely stay. my king room was spacious and nicely decorated, offering a great work area for me. the bathroom had plenty of towels and toiletries, and breakfast hours were convenient with tasty daily offerings. it was close enough to walk to restaurants and the great smoky mountains railroad depot, making it easy to explore the area.

i can recommend.

the indoor pool is heated, making it pleasant even in cooler weather. the hallways could use better cleaning, though.
