I recently stayed at Grand Hotel in Minot for a family trip and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location right off the highway made it incredibly convenient for us to get to the airport. The free shuttle service, available at any time, was a huge bonus and took us to the airport, restaurant, and back to the airport for our late afternoon flight. The rooms were spacious and quiet, with lovely wood furnishings and a comfortable bed. The on-site restaurant had a quality menu and the staff were super nice and accommodating. a great stay!

The value for money was great and the room was really nice during our two stays. The location of the hotel was convenient and the staff treated us well, especially the helpful and apologetic day shift desk attendant.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been better by offering a continental breakfast option for guests with young children.

I loved the accessible accommodations and the staff made special arrangements for my mobility challenges. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxation. Meals in the dining room were delicious and the wait staff was excellent. Plus, they offer a convenient service where you can leave your vehicle at the hotel when flying for a short vacation and they'll even drive you to the airport. Huge thanks to the entire staff for making my stay enjoyable!

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to the airport and convenient for our flight. The front desk staff during the day shift were helpful and apologetic, which was appreciated. The room was stocked and clean, and the rest of the amenities were satisfactory for a couple of nights.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. The room itself was just okay, with some maintenance issues like a separated shower head and dusty carpet.

Traveling with 8 kids as a single mom/aunt, it was a relief to find a hotel where we could all stay together in one room. The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We also loved the view of the city from our room, as well as the convenience of having a pool and restaurant on-site for breakfast.

This hotel is conveniently located just right across the airport, making it a perfect choice for those looking for easy access. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Located on top of a hill close to the airport, this hotel has convenient access for travelers. The room was clean and the bathroom stocked. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and had a good spread. The pool and hot tub were a great feature and the restaurant served tasty food.

Sadly, the cleaning staff were overheard arguing loudly in the hallways, which detracted from the professional atmosphere.

The room was spacious, comfortably accommodating my family of 7. Check-in and check-out were effortless. Housekeeping was friendly, promptly cleaning our room when requested. Pricing was reasonable and the location was convenient for our purpose of attending a graduation nearby. a recommended stay.
