The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a buzzing and inviting bar lounge on the ground floor. The staff were excellent, providing a warm welcome every time I returned to the hotel. The restaurant staff were also very pleasant, and the breakfast food was absolutely amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, creating a calm and safe environment. The room service was attentive and the overall atmosphere was delightful.

The breakfast amazed me, and the room had sufficient space. The cleaning was impressive, as they cleaned twice daily. The staff found my lost jacket and will ship it back to me. The location and lobby were great, with quiet rooms and comfy beds. The Thursday night dinner was delicious, and the concierge and manager were helpful. The car park attendant was friendly.

The Italian restaurant in the hotel also impressed us with its excellent food.
