My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. the staff had a very exceptional attitude and tried to cover up all the mishaps promptly. the room service was fantastic, and the room I booked was changed without any inconvenience. the beachfront location was just perfect, and the pool options were top-notch. I truly enjoyed my time here.

There were a couple of issues that could be improved. the room had a smelly odor, possibly due to a leaking fridge, which was concerning for our health.

Grande Shores provided a clean, beautiful room with ocean views, comfortable bedding akin to sleeping on a cloud, and enjoyable pools. Check-in was easy and staff greeted us warmly, offering cool pool bracelets. the location was convenient, with good amenities and dining options within walking distance. the beach proximity and lazy river were particularly enjoyable, making for a pleasant stay.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Although there were minor issues, like a squeaky bed and outdated carpets, the convenient location and excellent breakfast made up for it. Looking forward to returning.

A recent stay included a fantastic lazy river and oceanfront pool deck, making me forget the world's chaos. The lively nearby attractions kept me entertained, but the offensive music didn't hit the right note. The professional staff and serene location made me feel at home. The spectacular ocean and city views from the pool deck were a bonus. The inclusive amenities were great for my marathon recovery. A unique international music experience enhanced my stay.

This hotel offers excellent beach access and the pools are great for relaxation. the service staff were awesome and always provided towels promptly. However, limited dining options and inconsistent food service hours can be improved for a better guest experience.

We had a fantastic stay at a beachfront hotel with great amenities. The pools, including a lazy river, were a hit with everyone, and the beach was beautiful. The attached parking garage made it convenient to access our room, and we appreciated the spaciousness of our 4-bed room with two bathrooms. Despite not having a balcony, we enjoyed a wonderful ocean view, and the hot tubs were a perfect way to relax. The location was also ideal, with easy access to everything within a 15-minute drive. if you want a beachfront hotel close to all the attractions, this is the place to stay.

Loved the beachfront view and the chill vibes at the restaurant with their happy hour deals haha. The room was super clean and cozy, with a killer ocean view- even caught dolphins swimming! The parking garage was snug, but being steps away from our room made loading and unloading a breeze. 🌊 Staff were awesome, location was prime, and the chill hangout spots were ace! The TV screens in the bedroom though, bit on the small side.
