I loved being able to step right out onto the beach whenever I wanted, with stunning ocean views from my balcony that just made the experience unforgettable, and it was super convenient to have great places to eat like Mia's Pizza and Fire & Smoke just a short walk away, making it easy to grab a bite after a long day of strolling along the boardwalk, plus the hotel had fun amenities like pools and lazy rivers to enjoy, but the hotel could improve on the comfort of the beds, which felt a bit firm for my liking.

The ocean view from my room is stunning. The pool area with multiple options is a total winner; I loved the lazy river and rooftop vibes.

Noise from renovations interrupted the otherwise lovely ambiance.

The beach access was fantastic, just a quick stroll from our room. Staff members were incredibly polite, always eager to help. The inside room layout was great—love the kitchen setup! a dog-haired couch and late-night paint fumes were unfortunate surprises. The outdoor pool being closed was a letdown, especially with the misleading advertising about the amenities. Plus, the small, cramped shower was less than ideal. While some aspects shined, others didn't quite hit the mark, making for a mixed experience.

The beautiful landscaping added to the relaxing atmosphere. The comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep, and the three pools, lazy rivers, and hot tubs provided plenty of options for relaxation. The indoor pool came in handy during cooler or rainy days, and the availability of pool towels and lounge chairs was a nice touch. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable, and the parking deck connected to the hotel was convenient. The beach, with a lifeguard right in front of the hotel, offered a beautiful view. I did wish for a few improvements during my stay. I found the lack of kitchen items, such as bowls and a tea pitcher, a bit inconvenient. I missed having a desk in my room to work comfortably, and the bed could have been a bit more firm for better support. Grande Shores provided a pleasant stay with great amenities and a beautiful location.

The rooms were spotless with plenty of space, and the whole property was sparkling clean. The indoor pool was a cozy spot to chill on a rainy day, and the multiple pools and lazy river created a laid-back vibe. The only downside was the hot tub that felt more like a lukewarm bath with lackluster jets, but overall, it was still a rad stay! 🌴

The oceanfront room with two queen beds offered a nice view of the pool and lazy river. The beds were comfortable, but the lack of a microwave was inconvenient, though one was provided quickly upon request. We experienced cleanliness issues; there were cockroaches and stickiness in the bathroom. The internet was slow, limiting our access to TV apps. Staff interactions varied; while some were friendly, a few were less accommodating. The exterior pool area wasn’t clean, and parking access was tight for larger vehicles. a decent stay with room for improvement in several areas.

As soon as we walked into the room, a musty smell hit us, and my daughter started sneezing. The shower had hair on the towel rack, and everything felt outdated. Honestly, it was a disappointing experience for the price we paid.
