The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the room service and wake-up call service, which made my mornings so much easier. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a luxurious indoor and outdoor swimming pool, as well as a jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly memorable.

I stayed in a nice-sized room with a great location close to commercial areas and outlets. The room was fully stocked with a clean bathroom, comfortable bed, and great balcony view. The convenient texting service for housekeeping was a plus, and the hotel's pools and jacuzzi were enjoyable.

Easy access to the beach with a short vicinity from the hotel. Two pools and two lazy rivers for a fun and relaxing experience. Amazing view from the 7th floor pool, perfect for taking pictures. Comfortable beds cleaned daily for a good night's sleep. Reasonably priced cafe with friendly and courteous staff. Enjoyed the convenience of renting DVDs for free.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The beds were super comfortable and the living area was very clean. We loved the view from our room, waking up to watch the sunrise from our balcony was truly amazing. The beach was right on the property and it was clean and refreshing. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool, hot tub, and lazy river. We will definitely stay here again!

My family and I recently stayed at Grande Shores Ocean Resorts Condominiums for a short getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the friendly and efficient check-in process. The room we stayed in was clean, beautiful, and had a stunning view of the ocean from the balcony. The spacious layout, complete with a kitchen and living room area, made our stay comfortable and convenient. We also appreciated the added bonus of having a DVD player with free rentals, perfect for those cloudy days. Additionally, the location of the hotel, being so close to the beach, was a huge advantage and enhanced our overall experience.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The front desk staff was excellent, always helpful and friendly. The view from the room was beautiful, with great views of the beach. The spacious condo with a balcony overlooking the ocean was a highlight of our stay.

The pools could have been cleaner, with debris often seen in the outside pools. The housekeeping staff should mop all rooms, as some rooms were not mopped properly. Additionally, there was no room service for two days and we had to go to the office for towels.
