poor staff and lack of inclusive offerings

During my Christmas vacation, the hotel had really good food and drinks. I enjoyed the clear blue water and the fine white sand. the location was perfect, with a lot of activities such as snorkeling and surfing. I also loved the comfortable beds that I slept in.

The staff was not friendly enough, and I felt like I was just another customer. the rooms were not always clean.

The location of the dive center is perfect, right on the pier, providing easy access to the stunning underwater world. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with attentive staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options, and the views from the hotel are breathtaking.

Lunch at the resort was excellent with many food choices. Staff provided excellent service and even gave a nice leaving gift. The resort is beautiful and well-maintained. Movie night under the stars was a romantic experience. Attentive and kind team made our stay special, especially their attention to detail for our wedding ceremony.

The outstanding quality and service truly exceeded our expectations. the luxurious spa and wellness center provided a full body massage that was truly revitalizing. the stunning outdoor swimming pool was just steps away from the exclusive beach access, making for a perfect afternoon in paradise. the sun terrace and garden area made for a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere.

The only minor issue was the lack of vegetarian options in the restaurant. Nonetheless, the accommodating staff quickly provided us with special diet menus and catered to our needs.

The service at Le Meridien Maldives Resort & Spa was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They even allowed me to check in early without any hassle. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the resort itself was stunning. The highlight of my stay was the lunch at Velaa Restaurant, with its delicious food and excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Maldives.
