Superb location between Chinatown and Union Square. Safe street, clean rooms, complimentary coffee and pastries, free wifi. Excellent water pressure. Stone's throw from Powell Street cable cars, short walk to famous piers along the bay. Quiet room, great sleep. Surprisingly comfortable and spacious.

I was a bit concerned when I made my reservation, but I have absolutely no regrets about staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, just near Powell street but surprisingly quiet. And the free sweet rolls in the morning were a delightful treat. Despite the steep slope to reach the hotel from Union Square, it was definitely worth it. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, peaceful atmosphere, and tasty breakfast treats.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly, allowing us to check in early and keeping our luggage after check-out. the location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of all the attractions and close to a cable car stop. the room itself was clean and had a nice interior, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

There was no free parking available and the price was a bit high. the breakfast options were limited, consisting only of tea, apple, and bread.
