The room was so cozy and comfortable, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The views of Midtown and the Hudson River were just breathtaking. The TV with premium cable channels made it easy to wind down after a long day of exploring the city.

I personally prefer a stall shower over a combination tub/shower, but I know others might not mind.

Great location near subway lines and shopping in nearby Soho. the room was comfortable with a nice rooftop view. the complimentary breakfast in the lounge was a treat and the free happy hour in the evenings was a great deal.

One elevator was out of service, causing delays and crowded rides. the bartender in the lounge had a poorly stocked setup and couldn't even provide a lime for my drink.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, always there when needed. the hotel was clean and the rooms were nicely appointed. the rooftop sky bar offered amazing views of the city, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. the location was convenient, with easy access to the subway and great shopping in the nearby Soho area.

The shower could have been better, it was just okay. the area where the hotel is located wasn't the nicest, but it was still within reach of popular attractions like Soho and the Brooklyn Bridge.

During my stay at the Sheraton Tribeca New York Hotel, I was impressed by the variety of dining options available, particularly the award-winning Italian cuisine at the Antica Ristorante. the 24-hour gym and the convenient location within walking distance of SoHo, Little Italy, and Chinatown made my stay enjoyable and convenient.

The housekeeping staff's attempt to enter my room without confirmation was concerning and disrupted my privacy. the unexplained charges on my credit card, initially cited as "New York taxes," left me feeling uneasy about my overall experience at the hotel.

The hotel had a great location, close to shops and plenty of restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The city view from the 16th floor was amazing.

I recently stayed at Sheraton for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and Soho. The room was clean and the bed was great. Although the AC took some time to cool off the room, closing the windows and leaving it on low while we were out solved the issue. The rooftop had amazing views of the city, especially at sunset. The staff, especially Deon, were friendly and made us feel welcome. The lounge had a good selection of snacks during happy hour.

Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located just on the outskirts of the city center, and conveniently near the Canal Street subway station, providing easy access to various lines. The hotel is situated at a busy intersection where the subway can be accessed easily, so it's convenient to get around.
