My wife and I had a relaxing stay at Great Wolf Lodge for our anniversary. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. They have a water park and game room that kept my granddaughters entertained. We enjoyed a fun-filled evening with a dance party and had a great dinner at the restaurant. There was even a coffee shop in the hotel with free snacks.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Had a fantastic stay at Great Wolf Lodge! The beds were comfortable, and the staff was extremely helpful and responsive to any issues we had. Although we didn't sleep well the first night, they made up for it by giving us a small gift card to use in their shops and even deducted a bit from our bill. The water park was a hit with our kids, and they especially loved the slides. The Getchigoomie grill had delicious burgers with gluten-free buns, and the sweet shop had Dippin Dots, which the kids enjoyed. our expectations were exceeded from the moment we arrived until check out. We'll definitely be back!

The waterpark at this family resort is perfect for children, with slides and attractions suitable for all ages. The location is convenient, being close to the waterpark and within walking distance of restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious, ideal for families of four, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The staff are friendly and provide excellent customer service, making guests feel welcome. The breakfast package at the on-site restaurant is convenient and delicious. There are also arcade facilities and souvenir cups for guests to enjoy.

Some guests experienced issues with noise from other rooms, which can be disruptive to sleep.

The beds were comfortable and the room had a nice fireplace. We also appreciated the small fridge in the room to keep our drinks cool. The front desk staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early so we could start enjoying the pool right away. We also received complimentary fuzzy ear headbands upon check-in, which was a nice touch. This hotel was the perfect choice for our vacation.

Had a great time at this family-friendly hotel! Loved the convenient pre-check in process and being able to use the wristband for room key access and payments. The hotel was clean and the activities for kids were plenty. The location was perfect, not too overwhelming for toddlers. Plus, staying during the weekdays meant no long waits for slides and fewer people in the hot tub.

Some of the staff weren't very friendly towards kids and expected them to understand everything they were saying. It would've been better if they gave parents time to address their children's behavior before stepping in.

great wolf lodge sandusky exceeded our expectations during our valentine's day getaway. the comfortable beds, clean facility, and fun arcade created a great family atmosphere. the water park was well set up and offered a lot of fun activities for kids. we also appreciated the helpful staff and convenient location near the mall and restaurants.

The hotel was clean and reasonably priced. I loved the convenience of everything being on my wristband, no need to carry anything around. The lobby had games and dancing for the little ones, which they really enjoyed. The water park and arcade were a hit with my boys. The Family Suite was spacious and allowed us to give our son and his friend some privacy. The themed Wolf Den room was a cool experience for the kids, and the arcade area was awesome.

We loved the convenient express morning delivery of Dunkin Donuts! It was great to start our day with a delicious breakfast. The ability to charge food and other purchases to our room was so convenient. The water park was absolutely amazing, with two hot tubs that catered to both families and adults. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Parking in the front was a huge plus, and the hotel's location near the water park and stores made it incredibly convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

My family and I had an amazing time at Great Wolf Lodge! We decided to visit during our kids' winter break, and they absolutely loved it. The water park was so much fun, and the arcade was bigger than we expected. The rooms were clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. One thing we really appreciated was how the theme of the lodge was carried throughout the entire experience. Our daughter especially couldn't get enough of the water park, and the lifeguards were attentive and friendly. Checking out was a breeze, as we simply had to text "OUT." We also liked that our room key doubled as a wristband, making it super convenient. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Great Wolf Lodge to friends and family!

We stayed for one night to celebrate my daughter's 9th birthday and we were blown away by all the activities offered at the lodge. From the Waterpark to Magi quest, mining experience, and the arcade, there was never a dull moment. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The lodge is also conveniently located near a grocery store and restaurants. a great destination for families with young children.
