Our room was clean and well-maintained with comfortable beds and modern amenities. We appreciated the quiet location despite being close to the freeway. The front desk staff member was welcoming and accommodating, even letting us check in early. we had a pleasant stay at Surestay Plus Hotel and would recommend it to others.

Recently renovated motel-style rooms with easy parking and gated courtyard. Fully-equipped with a swimming pool, gym, and safes in each room. Located strategically close to the highway between LA and Joshua Tree. Friendly and helpful staff, with a 24-hour reception. Enjoyable continental breakfast with continental fare, eggs, and potatoes.

The complementary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch, and the free Wi-Fi was appreciated. The hotel's location made it easy to find lots of great restaurants and amenities nearby. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well-kept.

The other aspects of my stay were not as pleasant. The front desk staff were slow and seemed to have trouble with basic tasks.

We were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience, from friendly staff to a well-maintained pool and spa. The renovated hotel had comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and a beautiful view of snow-capped mountains from the breakfast room window. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including eggs and potatoes, and the morning staff were a pleasure to deal with. As a family with kids, we appreciated the 24-hour reception and the strategic location near the highway between Los Angeles and Joshua Tree.

The hotel is situated in an ideal location, surrounded by beautiful mountains and just a short drive from the Ontario airport. The area is very nice and peaceful, making for a great getaway. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and excellent service from the staff. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety.

There was a bit of external noise during our stay that interrupted our sleep.
