The hotel is conveniently located near my workplace and stores. The room was clean and free of smoke smell, a huge improvement from previous stays. The staff were wonderful and the front entry and breakfast area were clean and inviting. The breakfast offered a variety of options including bacon, eggs, pancakes, cereal, pastries, and fruit.

We had a spacious and clean room with plenty of towels and a comfortable bed. Though we didn't have any soap in the room, we were quickly provided with some upon request. The location was ideal, close to the hospitals we needed to visit. we had a good stay at Guesthouse Inn.

The sidewalk and entrance could have been cleared of ice/snow to make it safer for guests.

The front desk at Guest Inn & Suites - Midtown Medical Center was incredibly understanding and accommodating during a difficult time for my family. They allowed me to pay in cash for my son's surgery stay, despite their credit card policy. The room was clean and provided a quiet atmosphere, which was much appreciated. I also found comfort in knowing that the hotel was affiliated with a nearby hospital, offering a sense of security.

Wow, what an incredible stay! the hotel was clean and comfortable, which is always a plus for me. But the service was absolutely amazing. the staff, especially Aleida at the front desk, treated us like family. She welcomed us with open arms and made sure we had everything we needed. the hospitality was top-notch. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect. It was close to all the chain restaurants and department stores, as well as Vincent hospital. Highly recommended!

On the downside, there were a few things that could have been better. the decor in the room was outdated, with short beds and small headboards.
