My mother and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The views of the harbor and piers from our room were lovely, and the staff were super helpful and nice. We felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. The lobby had cozy spaces with sofas by the fire, perfect for relaxing with our group in the evenings. The warm atmosphere made us excited to return with my mother. We also loved the hotel restaurant, Giusto, located next door. We dined there twice and it was amazing. the location, staff, and atmosphere made our stay unforgettable.

The rooms at Hammetts were smaller than expected, but the stunning lobby made up for it. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to downtown and breathtaking views from the deck and hotel bridge. The staff, especially Carl at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was extremely well-designed, with sleek rooms, contemporary bathrooms, and impeccable cleanliness. The lobby offered a cozy ambiance, with complimentary coffee and tea always available. Despite a few kinks such as parking confusion and lack of room amenities, this property offers great value and a wonderful overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
