Great check-in with warm chocolate chip cookies available and awesome front desk guys to the perfect room! Cleanliness - just walking in you knew it is! Bright fluffy white comforters and pillows, we almost didn't want to go anywhere and just stay and enjoy the magic to have a bed alone! Lol. Breakfast- DELISH! You make your own Belgian waffles, does it get better than that? Very clean, modern, and well-maintained. Great location!

I was in Albany for a medical procedure and the hotel staff made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and the front desk staff, Keith, was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and cozy, and the pool was a great way to relax in the evening. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a delicious spread of omelettes, bacon, sausage, and even make-your-own Belgian waffles! The breakfast staff, especially Dave. Definitely a great choice for any stay!

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn on Western Avenue in Albany for a one-night stay. The hotel staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The breakfast buffet had convenient hours and the food was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great bathroom. The hotel is in a modern property, conveniently located near a shopping mall with several dining options. The room was well-equipped and the internet worked well. it was a good value for money and I would recommend it to family and friends.

Best aspects of my xmas stay were the delicious complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of options and the friendly and helpful staff. the hotel's location was also convenient, close to popular attractions and amenities. Additionally, I appreciated the well-maintained and stylish decor of the hotel, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.

Worst aspects of my xmas stay included the lack of drawer space in the room, which made it a bit challenging to organize personal belongings. Another downside was the poor customer service experience with a particular staff member, who seemed unhelpful and unaccommodating when faced with a couple of issues.
