Love bringing my dog along. the staff were super understanding when we had to change our plans for the vet. Brekkie was lekker with fresh waffles and hot coffee anytime. The room was comfy and had a nice layout, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Just a bit cramped in the breakfast area, but still manageable.

location was perfect with lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to Seneca Lake. enjoyed the clean room and comfy beds. breakfast was basic but decent!

Noise from nearby railroad tracks affecting sleep quality!!! Room cleanliness issues including dirty carpets and hairs on the bathroom floor!!! Insufficient soundproofing leads to conversations from neighboring rooms being heard!!! Overall, the hotel feels outdated and in need of renovations!!!

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds had great amenities like a refrigerator, TV, and shower. Loved the indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Breakfast options included delicious waffles and real eggs. The location was perfect for nearby wine tastings, and I appreciated the easy check-in process.

the air conditioning was nice and kept the room cool. wifi was slow and frustrating.

the bed was super comfy and had a great layout for relaxing. the remote did not work half the time.

The staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcome. Beware of spiders in the room.
