Great location and shuttle service

Really liked how close this place is to Mayo, and the free shuttle made getting around super easy. The breakfast options were a nice surprise, way better than last time. The staff was friendly, too. My only issue was the bed wasn’t very comfy for me, but my boyfriend knocked out right away!

The staff is friendly, helpful, and wonderful to talk to! The rooms feel like small apartments, perfect for individual activities. The on-demand shuttle to Mayo is convenient and the breakfast is great! The pool and hot tub are enjoyable amenities.

I had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel! The location was perfect for my appointments at the Mayo Clinic, as it was not far from the city center and close to the Mayo campuses and hospitals. The convenience of the free shuttle service provided made it so much easier to get around without having to worry about parking. The staff at this venue truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room service and housekeeping were top-notch, and they even offered services like dry cleaning, grocery shopping, and airport shuttle. The room itself was well-appointed with amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a cozy sitting area. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and I appreciated the added comfort of the air conditioning. In addition, the restaurant on-site offered a delicious breakfast and the option for special diet menus upon my request. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were a great way to relax after a long day, and the sun terrace and garden area provided a lovely space to unwind. The free Wi-Fi and on-site car park were also convenient features that added to the overall pleasant experience.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. The location was also fantastic, with restaurants and shopping within a mile radius. I loved that I could easily explore the nearby attractions like Broadway and the grocery store without any hassle.

I absolutely loved staying at Centerstone Plaza Hotel Soldiers Field/Mayo Clinic Area. The shuttle service was exceptional, taking me wherever I needed to go within a 2-mile radius. The breakfast at the Twig restaurant was top-notch, with a delicious selection of eggs, sausage, and pancakes. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus, especially for the kids. I also appreciated the pet-friendly policy, making it easy for me to bring my furry friend along. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding amenities and service.

There were a few negative aspects of our experience. the room felt a bit outdated and some of the electrical outlets didn't work properly.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the Mayo Clinic for a few days. The location was ideal, just a short walk or drive away. The shuttle service was convenient, although it wasn't as reliable for airport trips. Having a full kitchen was great for preparing our own meals, and there was a grocery store nearby. The suite had two rooms with a TV in each, perfect for some downtime. The price was affordable and the hotel's restaurant served an excellent pear salad.

The hotel's location is convenient, just a short distance away from the mall area and Broadway, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It's in a quiet area and offers a shuttle to Mayo Clinic. The lobby is stunning, and the hotel even has a microwave and fridge in the rooms.

The cleanliness of the rooms leaves something to be desired. One guest found a capsule under the bed and complained about questionable electrical wiring, dirty floors, and appliances.
