Attending events at NOS, I've stayed here twice. Close to the venue, lovely facilities, friendly, helpful staff. Prompt with extra blankets request. Will book for all future NOS events. Cons: Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

This hotel is definitely a great value for money, with reasonable prices and basic amenities that meet all the needs of a traveler. The location is amazing, near a mall, many restaurants and the service provided is outstanding. The hotel staff at check-in was very helpful and welcoming, distinguishing itself by its attention to detail, providing us with all the amenities we needed, including a sofa sleeper in the room and a great breakfast to start our day.

All in all, this hotel was a great stay, and we couldn't be happier with our experience.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location was great, as it was in a nice neighborhood and close to a local mall. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. we were very satisfied with our stay.

There were some issues with the safety and maintenance of the hotel, as mentioned in other reviews. Carpet buckling in the stairwell and entry rugs not being properly placed could pose a trip hazard.

My stay at Hampton Inn was great! The location was convenient for getting to UC Riverside quickly. The room was very clean and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The TV was great with lots of channel options. The breakfast had plenty of choices, although no gluten-free options. I'd recommend this hotel.
