Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food options, better than any hotel I've been to before. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, always welcoming us with a smile. the hotel was very clean in all areas, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The walls were quite thin, as I could hear conversations from the neighboring room and noise from the room above. the breakfast food seemed to be reused from previous days, with wrinkly sausages and hard bagels, although the smoothies were good.

The Hampton Inn in New Hartford was a great value for the money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was a perfect mix of rural and urban. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us with a smile.
