Check-in was quick and convenient, with a 2 pm check-in and 12 noon check-out time - a rare benefit! The hotel's decor was charming and the entire property was impeccably clean. The cozy fireplace in the lobby was a warm and inviting touch on the cold day we arrived. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, with many restaurants within walking distance. I can't wait to stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff members were really helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, such as choosing rooms that made it easy to unload our heavy musical instruments. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a well-maintained fitness room with a functioning treadmill. The location was perfect, very close to downtown and within walking distance or a short drive to many shops and restaurants. The hotel also provided a convenient shuttle service to explore the city. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, including fresh fruit, hot oatmeal, and a selection of coffee and tea. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and location near the mall and restaurants were top-notch.

As a young family, we absolutely loved the waffles and bagged breakfasts offered during our stay. The king-sized beds were comfortable, and the shuttle drivers were friendly and accommodating. Rita, who worked at the breakfast area, and Melissa at the front desk were both amazing and made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. The hotel's convenient location to various restaurants was a plus!

Not to mention, this place is perched on a hill with a scenic lane that leads off Tunnel Road - a stunning view to wake up to! They provide top-notch room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping, not to mention the warm and welcoming welcome drink! The room itself was well-furnished and came equipped with plenty of amenities - from ironing facilities and a sitting area to a bathtub, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV.

The quality of this hotel was exceptional in every way, from the leisure spa with an indoor swimming pool and sun terrace to the fitness centre and business centre. I recommend this venue to all, and I'm looking forward to my next stay here!
