We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Atlanta for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The front desk staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and our room was cozy and updated. I especially loved the high bed, which made for a comfortable night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, and a short drive to downtown Atlanta. The free shuttle to the baseball stadium was also a convenient added bonus. we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Holiday Inn Express.

We loved the HOT breakfast with the staff keeping the food coming. The front desk staff, both during check-in and check-out, were exceptional and made us want to extend our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing us to sleep like babies. The hotel's location close to Suntrust Park was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance of the ballpark.

Parking was hassle-free, and we were able to leave our car in the hotel parking lot during our stay. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms. the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, and it was evident that they take pride in their work. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was great, with a variety of options to choose from. the breakfast attendant was friendly and attentive, making sure that guests were well taken care of. Another advantage was the excellent hospitality of the staff at the front desk, who went out of their way to accommodate our group and make our stay enjoyable.

One major downside was the issue with the room reservations. Our family of seven did not receive the rooms we had reserved, causing some inconvenience and discomfort.

The staff at the front desk, specifically Jarvis, provided outstanding customer service. He was amazing and promptly resolved an issue with the bathroom light by moving us to another room. The hotel also had a convenient location near SunTrust Park and offered competitive prices. The staff was friendly and helpful when we requested toiletries. Additionally, we enjoyed the complimentary cookies in the lobby.

The hotel's proximity to the Braves stadium and nearby restaurants and stores made it a convenient location for us. We were able to easily access the Cobb Gallerie and Suntrust field for our event. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with everything we needed, including toiletries upon request. We also appreciated the complimentary cookies in the lobby.

The location was ideal, close enough to downtown Atlanta attractions like the Zoo and Aquarium, but away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel was clean and the staff was welcoming.

This hotel is in the perfect location for sports fans, as it's within walking distance of the ballpark. The walk-in shower and separated vanity counter made me feel pampered during my stay. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and had a variety of options. The staff members were all exceptional, going out of their way to make my stay more enjoyable.

That some areas of the hotel could use a cosmetic upgrade.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, just west of the Cumberland Mall and surrounded by restaurants. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are available. Despite the slightly dated decor, the rooms are clean and overall, the experience was enjoyable.

Convenient location off of I-285 near the Brave's ball park with many nearby restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. Friendly and attentive staff including the Food Service team, Director of Housekeeping, and Manager who went above and beyond to shuttle guests to nearby attractions. Clean rooms and common areas with speedy check-in.

The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond for guests, especially Ms. Kathy who made special cheesy eggs for my child. The hot breakfast was delicious and had a great selection, with tasty coffee. The location was ideal for walking to the Battery. The room was clean and had a convenient refrigerator.
