Staff members great, helpful. Clean, comfortable room. TV channels issue late but pleasant stay. Daughter enjoyed waffles, pool. Restaurants, gas stations within walking distance. Spacious, comfortable room. Seal on door, relieved. Hampton has our backs.

Great staff: The staff at this hotel were friendly, professional, and engaged. They were quick to address any issues we had and went out of their way to accommodate us. It made our stay much more enjoyable.

Pillowcase issue: One minor issue we had was with the pillows. They were comfortable, but some of them had noticeable stains.

Close to many dining options. Loved the walkable Italian restaurant Pasquale's. Pool and fitness room were great for young holiday goers.

We were pleasantly surprised by the total rehab of this hotel. Everything, from the halls to the rooms, was completely redone in a tasteful and homey way. The staff was excellent, and we had a quiet and comfortable stay. The beds were especially comfortable, and the staff was super helpful and accommodating. We also appreciated the easy access from the highway and the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast staff was nice, and we loved the variety of choices in the fitness room. And to top it off, the coffee was fantastic! This hotel was a great find, especially after a less-than-ideal experience at another hotel the previous night. From now on, we will always choose a hotel like this one!

We stayed at Hampton Inn during our visit to New River Gorge National Park. The staff was friendly and efficient, going above and beyond to serve. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The breakfast provided was of high quality and had a great variety of options. Additionally, the hotel's location near the highway exit and restaurants made it very convenient for us. our experience at Hampton Inn was excellent.

We recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Beckley for two nights and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The housekeeping and breakfast staff went above and beyond to serve us. The guest rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality options. The hotel also provided snacks and hot drinks in the lobby throughout the day. The spacious and comfortable room, along with the seal on the door, gave us peace of mind. we had a quality stay and will definitely consider staying at Hampton properties in the future.

A comfortable stay with nice rooms and great value. The breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel, and the snacks available all day were a nice touch. Despite a few problems like broken card reader and internet issues, the guest rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely return.
