The room at Fireside Inn & Suites was clean and comfortable. Despite the lumpy bed, we had a pleasant stay. The location was convenient for visiting Colby College, which was our main purpose. Additionally, the array of choices for breakfast was satisfying.

Nothing to fault

As a young family, we loved the convenient location just off Interstate 95. The nearby shopping center with a variety of stores and fast food restaurants was a plus. The staff at the hotel was extremely welcoming and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The modern and clean bathroom was a great feature, and the comfortable bed and pillows provided a good night's sleep. The fast WiFi and ample amount of plugs, including USB chargers at the bedside, were convenient for our electronic devices. Additionally, the medium-sized LED TV and the presence of appliances such as a microwave, fridge with freezer, and Kuerig coffee maker were appreciated.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel is conveniently located close to several restaurants and stores, making it easy to find a place to eat or shop. Additionally, the staff was friendly and willing to help with directions to our room.

The overall property could use some updating as it has a slightly dated appearance. The layout of the hallways was a bit confusing, but the staff was helpful in guiding us to our room.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the friendly staff who were always ready to assist me. the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, and the overall decor was pleasing to the eye. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shops and nearby attractions.

On the downside, there were a few aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. the Wi-Fi was a bit of a hassle, but I managed to use my own hotspot.

fireside inn & suites in waterville was the perfect choice for my visit to maine. the inn is comfortable, staff are helpful and courteous, and the location is convenient for shopping and exploring nearby towns. i always sleep well here and it feels like my second home when i visit my family.

The bathrooms are clean and recently updated, with plenty of towels and good quality toiletries. Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast with a variety of options like eggs, bacon, pancakes, and a good selection of teas.

Some guests have mentioned a strong odor in the hallway and in their rooms, possibly due to the proximity to the pool.

The room was clean and cozy, with a mini fridge and coffee maker. the continental breakfast spread in the lobby was great. the location was convenient, with easy access from the highway. the surrounding area had plenty of options for eating and shopping.

The staff was rude and unhelpful when we encountered an issue with the clogged tub drain. They refused to provide a plunger or allow us to use another room's shower.
