I was shocked when I received a call from the front desk informing me that they had found my computers. They even offered to ship them to my next destination, ensuring they arrived on time for my important meetings. This level of service was truly outstanding.

The convenience factor of the location was great, especially being so close to the interstate. the price was also reasonable, making it an affordable option for a one-night stay. Additionally, the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.

The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, as the bathroom could use a remodel and the room itself was not the cleanest. It was also a letdown that there was no mini fridge in the room, as most Hampton Inn & Suites usually have this amenity.

Stayed for a vintage motorcycle swap meet nearby. the staff was superb at organizing, especially for will call tickets. Complimentary breakfast was great, and the 24-hour coffee was a lifesaver. the large outdoor pool was an added bonus for relaxing in the sun. Loved the clean modern rooms and bagged breakfast to go.

The location for finding food. We had to travel a bit for specific food, up to 15 miles away.

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn Birmingham/Leeds! Our trip was a pleasure and we wish we could have stayed longer. The coffee was the best we've ever had in any hotel, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower was fantastic, and we appreciated the working refrigerator freezer. The Christmas decorations added a nice touch, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. Every employee we encountered greeted us with a smile and a good morning. Checking out, we were even wished a Merry Christmas. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-kept, and the staff was accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be back!
