This hotel in Chelsea is conveniently located near the commuter rail to downtown Boston. The hotel was clean, with attentive housekeeping. The free breakfast had a good selection. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to store my bags after check-out and providing a great airport shuttle.

I had a great stay at Hampton Inn. The hotel is clean and newly updated. The staff is excellent and very helpful, especially the front desk staff Gloria. The pillows were amazingly comfortable and I slept really well. The breakfast was delicious and had a good selection of items. The hotel is conveniently located near Chelsea station and a retail park with shops and a supermarket. The complimentary shuttle service to the airport was a bonus.

The staff at Hampton Inn Boston Logan Airport Chelsea were incredibly helpful and thoughtful, going above and beyond to provide excellent guest service. They even noticed that we were feeling under the weather and gave us water and Vitamin C without us even asking. The shuttle service was convenient and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service. The hotel itself was clean and felt safe.

That the cleaning staff were quite loud outside my door, even when I had the Do Not Disturb sign on. It was a bit annoying and difficult to get in touch with the front desk to address the issue.
