Clean, convenient, and friendly staff

We recently stayed at a Hampton Inn in Kentucky and had a great experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable during our stay. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed. Our room had a comfortable bed and the air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay even in the hot weather. The location of this hotel is excellent, right off the highway. It's in a good area and is ideal for us, especially since we were with a WV baseball team in house. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast provided was good and the staff kept it well stocked. Despite the limitations, they made sure that there was enough food for everyone.

The noise levels in the hotel were higher than average. Doors were slamming shut throughout the night and the walls between rooms were quite thin.

Great stay after a long day. I spent a very long day on the road, battling severe downpours on I-65. It was such a relief to finally reach the hotel. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly, making check-in smooth. The room was clean and spacious, exactly what I expect from a Hampton Inn. The front desk crew even went above and beyond by suggesting multiple options for dinner delivery, which was much appreciated considering the bad weather outside. Breakfast was decent, with plenty of options to choose from. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.
