I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Broussard for a few nights for a business trip. The check-in staff was great and even offered us a complimentary bottle of water as rewards members. The hotel is new, so the rooms were very modern and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff working in the breakfast area were friendly and ensured that the food was always fresh and presented beautifully. The hotel is conveniently located near Lafayette and has plenty of good restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

The variety and quality of the food surpassed any other hotel breakfast I've had, except for when my mother cooks me soft boiled eggs. I definitely plan on staying here again when I am in the area.

The hotel is conveniently located near major highways, making it easy to get to and from the hotel. It is also in close proximity to shopping centers and fast food outlets, offering a variety of dining options.

Customer Service: The customer service at the hotel left much to be desired.

The staff at Hampton Inn were very accommodating when I arrived early and allowed me to check-in before the regular time. They even found me a room with a great view of the surrounding area. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and everything was fresh and delicious. The location was also very convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The weekend stay had two complementary facts offered - the parking and the coffee. the location was perfect for accessing nearby shopping and restaurants. the most significant advantage that I enjoyed was a comfortable bed.

The hotel left a lot to be desired. the check-in staff gave unreliable information, the room service was slow, and the breakfast did not have much variety.
